#TuesdayTip: Support your immune system! The flu season feels like it's never-ending here in the Nashville area. Our local school district was closed for the last several days due to so many being sick! We have some "tried and true" things we do here at the office to keep that crazy stuff at bay!

  • Wash your hands!! For real. Especially if you've been around a lot of people.
  • Get adjusted! Proper nerve function is HUGE in immune system performance!
  • Double up on your vitamins! A quality multi-vitamin (preferably plant-based), vitamin C, and vitamin D should all be increased after you've been exposed to those yucky germs!
  • Take some elderberry syrup! Have you tried this?! It's amazing. Elderberry has chemical compounds that directly inhibit the flu virus! Read about it HERE.

  • Take your probiotic! Your immune system starts in the gut, and a quality probiotic helps to create a healthy biome in your belly!
  • Use your essential oils! We have some favorites that our immune systems LOVE like Thieves and Oregano. This is a SUPER Wellness Roller recipe to try!

  1. decrease sugar intake
  2. get good sleep

  4. work on managing stress.
