Happy Thursday! We want to send some peace and balance your way this week. It seems like this world has gone CrAzY lately, but that doesn’t mean you have to! Roll on your Peace & Calming and your Valor, find a favorite Bible verse on peace to think about, and relax. God will bring good from this. Just watch!

Another way to bring peace to your situation is to focus on what you can control. Remember, you are NOT helpless! You are fearfully and wonderfully made… God said so! That means you are a fighter and a conqueror! Focus on building up the amazing immune system that God gave you. Keep your body in HEALING mode, not fear mode.
