Happy Thursday! This week, we’re all about the DIY. 😃 We’ve got a new online class that shows allllll kinds of ideas on how to use your oils in DIY recipes. You’ll find health & beauty recipes like “Under Eye Serum” and “Simple Toner”, household recipes like “Carpet Freshener” and “Laundry Scent Booster & Softener” and more! You can save SO much money by using your oils to replace all kinds of things in your home and beauty regimen! It’s a win-win!
The other DIY recipes we have to share this week are for emotional support. This is an emotionally-trying time right now in our country and society. Our amazing oils are WONDERFUL for balancing out our bodies and emotions. Try these roller recipes! Add these oils to a 5 ml roller and top off with your favorite carrier oil like jojoba, grapeseed, almond, or avocado (organic is best). Just roll the oils on your wrist, over your heart, at the base of your skull, on your temples… anywhere that you like, and meditate on a favorite Bible verse while you do it. It’s a powerful combo! God’s Word and His plants will work together to bring calm and peace. It’s amazing! Repeat as needed. Toss your favorite roller combos in your purse or your kiddos backpacks to oil on-the-go. Super convenient.
6 or 7 drops of each of these oils should be a good start for this Post Partum Support Roller!
