Remember the “Quit Sticks” we shared last week for helping with changing certain unwanted habits?  Well, here’s another idea from a fellow oiler, Angela Reynolds.

Angela says:  I can't personally tell you about an addiction to nicotine, but I can tell you what has helped others stop the desire to puff on a tobacco stick. I've fixed many of these up for my friends who are now FREE of cigs. When the urge comes on, just inhale something good for you- watch to see what. Total cost to make one is less than $2.

She shows you how to make a super easy inhaler with Black Pepper and Clove oils!  Here’s the link to the video!

Here’s the link to get the inhalers on Amazon:  http://amzn.to/2xGryDW

I love using inhalers!  You can customize them for whatever oils you need and want!  Guys especially like them since they’re easy to tuck in a pocket or somewhere in the car, and they’re not messy at all.  No chance of leaks!  Just use your favorite diffuser recipes, but drop the oils on the inhaler wick instead.  Shoot for about 15-20 drops of oil, total.  The inhalers last for months, too!!
